Surgical Services: Our pet clinic offers a surgical suite for the performance of a wide variety of soft tissue surgical procedures.

Anesthesia: We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide that extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient’s vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures with state of the art anesthetic monitor machines but no machine can take the place of the eyes, ears and stethoscopes our Certified Veterinary Technicians and trained assistants.

Radiology Services: Our on-site, digital X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the diagnosis of many disorders allowing us to produce films while you wait.

Laboratory: Our in-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis and parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultations.

Pharmacy: We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos and heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. In addition to our in-house pharmacy, we utilize our Online Pharmacy to fill safe, verified medications for our patients.

Dentistry: Our dental services include x-rays, teeth cleaning and polishing, tooth extractions and oral surgery.  All dental cleanings are performed by Certified Veterinary Technicians while only a veterinarian performs dental extractions.

Individualized Flea Control Programs: We develop programs for the specific needs of your pet and your own particular environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to control fleas in your house, in your yard and on your pet.

Dietary Counseling: We will provide guidance regarding your pet’s nutritional needs for each life stage, including dietary requirements for growth, weight maintenance and performance.

Cat Boarding: We provide pet boarding as a service to our clients. All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Friday.

Bathing: Routine and therapeutic bathing services are available.

End of life care and cremation: When the time comes, we provide compassionate end of life care and euthanasia services for our patients. We are also able to counsel owners on when and if the time is right to consider euthanasia. The choice to euthanize is a difficult one and we all understand the stress and sadness that can be associated with it. We offer both attended euthanasias (when owners are present) as well as the option of leaving your pet with us if you prefer – either way, your pet will not be alone. We provide our cremation services through Forrest Run Pet Cremation Services.
