Veterinarian

We are looking for a kind and charismatic veterinarian to join our team 2-3 days a week but we are open to full-time (no weekends holidays or nights.) We are open to various scheduling possibilities as all our our schedules revolve around our families! Work with our experienced team of CVT's and assistants in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Our technicians and assistants are excellent at their jobs so you can concentrate on yours. We look forward to adding new services to our clinic with the addition of a new doctor. We are ready for the new challenges and adventures that come with adding a new doctor to our team!

Kennel Attendant

This part-time position is around 12-15 hours per week Monday through Thursday and occasional weekends and holidays.
Duties include:
Assisting technicians and doctors in the treatment of patients. Caring for boarding cats and basic care of hospitalized pets
Vacuuming and mopping Cleaning kennels Laundry and prepping sterile surgical supplies
Successful candidates must:
Be able to lift 40# independently Be capable of getting up and down from the floor repeatedly Have reliable transportation Possess a strong attention to detail Enjoy working with people and pets! Truly enjoy cleaning!

Certified Veterinary Technician

CVTs have become certified by the State of Wisconsin in Veterinary Technology. CVTs are responsible for assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, anesthesia induction and monitoring, radiology, client communication, pharmacy operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, assisting in surgery and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs. We look for employees who work well independently, but enjoy being part of a team. We require that all our employees be flexible with regard to scheduling.

Technician Assistant

Technician Assistants are not required to be certified, but we generally require previous veterinary experience or a college degree. Technician Assistants assist doctors and CVT’s in all areas of the hospital. Assistants must be able to multi-task, work well independently, and have excellent people skills. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, welcoming new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of electronic and written medical records, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation and data entry, financial transactions and front office and reception area maintenance. Assistants are also responsible for morning animal care, bathing animals, hospital maintenance and cleaning. We look for candidates who work well with others as well as independently but enjoy being part of a team. We require that all our employees be flexible with regard to scheduling.
